AEA's had developed mentoring and induction plans for their new AEA staff from previous years and continued to use them this year.
The current learning projects need to be redesigned so they would be relevant to AEA staff job roles.
The members of this group will download current plans and documents they use for AEA staff mentoring and induction to this site.
The members of this group will download the current portion of their AEA PD Plan that relates to mentoring and induction of AEA staff.
Once the above were completed, the group would be looking for commonalities in the plans to develop where we go next as a system to provide M/I for AEA staff.
